Good day
I submitted an application for an upgrade in June 2013 to the Business KZN office. This request was handled by Sharneen Ramdeo (Durban). After a week she indicated that there was a system error and it had been escalated. After following up and receiving no feedback i was told on the 28 August that i had resubmit the application as the system was now sorted. This was done and til today no feedback unless i called in only to be told today that the upgrade was closed and i had resubmit for the third time!
