Cell C
Bad Service

I have been having the worst signal from Cell C I live in Ottery, I spoke to agnet in store and they advised me that the signal os very good however this is not the case. I have been to the Cell C store to try and resolve it but no help. I want to cancel this contract as i cant pay for something that I'm not getting. i havent been able to use this service and i have been complaining the whole time but they dont seem to want to assist me. The service is terrible I am definantely going to the ombidsmann and consumer rights. How can they charge me or expect me to pay for a service i dont get. If it is working then I dont mind paying.
