Hi my name is amanda i am a pre paid customer of MTN . I have being trying for over a month to get hold of thier customer care with no luck they are experiencing heavy call volumes every day the whole day, and the voice promp would say please try again later. my problem is everytime i load airtym i get sms saying download the best games or music or whatever which i dont even open i immediately delete, but than all my airtyme is gone without making a single call. can MTN or someone please help.
