Dear Mantoa thank you for your lying comments. I took this contract so that i would enjoy internet as a home luxury i never took it out for you people to severly throttle me. I had great throttling speeds in the beginning until February 2013 the speeds went worse. It has cost me more than 400 phone calls regional office, e - mails, recalling. Everybody @ Mtn is deaf dumb and blind to help me they couldnt care less. I am warning other people that Mtn after Sales service. I took this package and specifically asked if i can download all the time as i download movies and music, I quote from your Internet site states that "Best suited for Heavy Internet Users who download large amount of data" end quote. So how can i download @ 30 kb/s there are no periods where we have off peak time and i can download in the evening i severly throttled day and night so Mtn stop talking to me. I am a internet Fundi and i want to Enjoy my Internet. The problem with you people once you got my signature you couldnt care less. I have e mailed- customer care Mtn Direct everybody couldnt care less to help me. So people start waking up and dont support Mtn because once they have your signature you are doomed.
