Wrong information just to get a sale

Yasteel contacted me on 02/09/2013 to tell me how im such a good Vodacom customer I am qualifying for a package a topup package of R200 at NO EXTRA COST for me, i asked him about 3 times are you sure i will be paying what im currently paying for an extra R65 airtime. He kept saying yes. I knew he was trying to me and getting a sale out of me, thats why i asked for his name and surname because there was no way even as a good client Vodacom will give me free airtime, but unfortunately i believed him. i called now to find out how much i will be paying as of next month, spoke to a friendly guy by the name of Nicolas who advised me its my normal amount PLUS an additional R67 or so. I am not accepting this kind of I will be paying my normal amount nothing more. I will not be cancelling my contract because of Yasteel and i urge to listen to that recording, he is a and im sure im not the only one he does this to.
