Agents hang up on customers!

I just called in to query my account which was double what it should be, the agent kept blaming the system and would not allow me a chance to speak, when I asked her to let me speak for a second i could hear her remove her headset and the call was disconnected a few seconds later.
This is gross misconduct and I will not let this matter rest.
