I am trying to make an arrangement with vodacom is not willing to assist.
Nobody is willing to take ownership of the problem. I have been transfer ed back and forth.
I am totally frustrated with Vodacom. The lack of response from vodacom is causing me interest and other fees, which leaves me beyond frustration. Even the walk-in shop centre won't assist me, just referring me to the call centre with empty promises. Charging me for services with locked accounts is totally unacceptable.
