Struggling tomove telkom line

I recently moved and contacted telkom to move my line, telephone and adsl and each time i call the call centre i get a different story "no infastructure", busy with networks, need more infomation from end user but no one knows what infomation is required. then back to networks.
i need to know when will the line be moved and if it cant let me know so i can go to another service provider that wants my business.
