I am so dissapointed! I went for a upgrade I took a samsung s4 mini obviously had to swop sims to a micro sim card, instead of taking 24hrs it took almst two days!!! Had to go back in store to enquire what's happening. Only then problem was rectified. Then on the 7th day software starting giving problem. Took phone in and that was last week tuesday. Anyhw the consultant told me it wudve been sorted by friday or monday which was yesterday went into branch today to ask what's happening, didn't get so much feedback. Phoned head office and they telling me the same! I mean really within 7 days why not replace the phone! I am really upset I barely used the phone now I mus pay the full amount of the bill this month end! When I basically so to say ddnt evens have the phone to myself for one week! Pathetic service ever regret taking out contract! Never had this problem with cellucity! Hope to get feedback!
