This is the THIRD TIME I am posting this as my matter has still not been resolved!!!

Cell C has the worst customer service ever. I am getting billed for amounts that they can't even explain to me and then I have to wait for them to call me back when they know what the problem is??? yet my account has been debited already??? wth???
