Short version :
Telesales person called me, I was happy as I needed a new package for work, ironically, I think Claudia, was having a bad day! In mid sale she retorted "Ma'am, why are you shouting? " I said pardon? utterly confused! She replied with "yes! don't shout! " and put the phone down.

I called the call centre to speak to the manager, and would you believe, spoke to Claudia again... who replied, I'm so sorry, we don't have one.

Its probably best I didn't purchase a contract with Elite, imagine if the sales pitch is like that??? I wonder what the service is like.
