On 2 April 2013 a lady called me to offer me vodacom contract, I refused. Few minutes after that I received an sms saying that, "thank you for my interest in Elite mobile... To opt out reply stop to 41650, which i replied to STOP as i didnt have interest from the beggining. After that a string of smses followed, until i received an sms informing me that my bank account will be debited. on 16/05 I received an email saying that, "Congratulations, my line is now active on contract". I have called the call centre on 0861103195 spoke to a man last week, he promised to get back to me in 48hrs, uptil now he has not responded. What is worse is that the name (s) they has on the system is for an Eric man, the consultant asked me for my names that day and I gave him. I called this morning, im told that the lines are offline. Im very frustrated because I not receiving my benefits I was on prepaid. Elite Mobile, remove the contract subscription on my phone please. It is causing such strain in my life.
