Data for Speed stick not supplied after a yea

I have been battling to get my promised 3 GIG of data for the last few months, when it should have been activated a year ago when I started with my contract. Tarryn at the call centre is trying her best, but the department that has to load the data does not respond after many, many calls from my side.

It is really pathetic to have such bad service, thereby also giving Cell C a bad name. I reverted to them often these last few months, and they were always helpful and knowledgeable. The same is not true of most of the Mobile Store staff, except for Tarryn and Anna-Lynn.
