Avis sticks to their promise "We try harder"

Apologies that i've taken this long to log this compliment.
On 27 Sept 2013 my mom and I arrived at Avis (PLZ) to pick up our rental car but alas when we got there my mom realised she had forgotten her ID document and credit card in her other handbag at our flat in Humewood. We had no means other than to take another taxi back to our flat but Spencer jumped into action and arranged with Tarryn to run me back to the flat so that I could get the items from my mom's other handbag. Tarryn was meant to be going off duty but didn't hesitate to assist me. We were so overwhelmed by the professionalism and kindness from Tarryn and Spencer. Therefore we have only accolades and a "bouquet" for them both. Its this kind if service that makes Avis our 1st choice for car rental. :)
