Bad Service Again!

I have had shocking service from Altech Autopage again! I handed my 9 month old phone in to repair a faulty button. Altech kept my phone for 6 weeks and on collection it was not fixed. Nothing had been done to the phone yet they had it for almost two months! The reason was because of a crack on the back cover. No one had informed me of this when handing it in nor during the "repair" time. I had to get the phone fixed at my own cost despite it being within the one year warrantee.
Now, I have been billed the full price for these months! I refuse to pay for something I did not have!
I am yet again disappointed and insulted with the service at Altech. I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can take my support elsewhere.
