Lack of a contact number for connectivity problems

Currently poor to non existent network connectivity
Has been deteriorating for the last 3 to 4 weeks
getting disconnected 4 to 5 times a day
How does this get reported
What is the number / email address to get reported
Again another problem with MTN
MTN certainly does not make reporting / sorting problems very easy
They have no understanding of customer service
Will be terminating this contract in Jan2014
