I can't begin to explain how fedup i am with Cell C the franchise, the shops and the staff. When taking out my contract the sales person signed me up on the incorrect contract. (Suprise) He then advises that he needs to canel this and open me another one casuing a 48 delay (Suprise). 2 months down the line to my suprise, i am being debited for 2 contracts. When quering this at the shop, i don't even get as much as an apology. The manager was about as helpful as a brick. I was then told they will cancel the other contract and refund my money but they need to send a letter to head office 1st. (21st Century... Ever heard of email and same day responses) Needless to say it has been a week now and still no feedback or refund. Should of known, for the cheap monthly rates they charge they would need to employ. Can't wait to end my contract to go a proper service provider, regardless of the price.
