I called end of June to cancel my account and to stop a debit order. The consultant (Unfortunately didn't write down the name) sounded very reluctant at cancelling my account, kept asking useless questions.
We ended the call and I thought she did cancel it, to my surprise next month my account was debited, I called and was told there is no record of such a call so clearly she disregarded my request, very unfortunate. I asked that consultant to please cancel the account. NOW i get a call that I missed payment for AUGUST. LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON THERE.
I will really appreciate it if someone can take this up, cos a missed payment reflects badly on my credit record, please cancel my account. I will re-instate this when I need it again.
