Vodacom 4 U said they would deliver my mini laptop

Hi the Clearwater branch Vodacom 4 U, said they would find me a notebook, on the contract deal I requested for, im still waiting after several months ive heard nothing from them. The manager has relocated and has not followed up with me he just treated me very badly thereafter, and Ive still heard nothing from him, still waiting for my mini laptop as he agreed upon getting me. Disgusting service. Very bad.
