CONSULTANTS ARE PATHETIC

I recently went to the MTN store at the gateway mall, this was last week Tuesday, i went to apply for a new a contract, i had filled in the forms and everything, the guy told me he will get back to me, once everything is finalized, he has not called back since then, again on Saturday i went back to the store, another consultant told me the contract has been approved, they are just waiting for stock, so i phone the branch today, and they tell me they have no information off me applying for a contract. I am appalled to say that as an MTN customer for the past 10 years, i am truly disgusted, and i will never use your resources again.
