Tried calling to find out the status of my orders done online through the Vodacom website. Spoke to a number of different people and they all tell me that my order needs to be confirmed along with employment and a number of other things. This I understand, but what I don't understand is why did i receive an email stating that my order has been confirmed and that i will receive the device shortly, but their call centre states otherwise. Instead of me waiting on like this I could have sourced the product through Cellc or MTN. And no-one in the call centre can even give me a date I could POSSIBLY receive the device. I'm a grade r teacher and cannt accept deliveries office hours so need to make an arrangement to sign for them, but Vodacom in their brilliance does not understand that...
