I filed a complaint on 27 august and that same day vodacom replied that they will call me .now 9 september i am still waiting for that call.looks to me vodacom just put this message on hello peter so that the publick can see they respond quickly.vodacom your aftersale service is pathetick.you ripped me off by overcharging me R265 for a battery for samsung s3, while the batteries are hanging in your shop for R165.and i waited 2 weeks after i had to phone you for the fifth time for my phone.i am not gonne leaf this i am going to take a foto of your shop in tygervalley and send it to ALBERT BAKKES .albert is working for yhe son newspaper.i am also goig to kampvegter to report your disonesty.i am an unsatisfied customer and i will not stop to do bad publishing for you.
