Vodacom
Still waiting for my refund

Vodacom are, they kept debiting my account for a service I was not using. I don't have a contract with them but they have been taking money from my account. They admitted that they were wrong and they will refund my money in a week, its been over a month and STILL WAITING. They are quick to take our money but now its a problem to get it back. They took my money for four months and I want it back...
