i received a package from the Netherlands via Post.nl with MY tracking number. Procedure is that you phone customs on 0860111502 or email them on [Email Removed] NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER...

I PHONED 4HOURS STRAIGHT WASTED MOTE THEN 200 RANDS OF AIRTIME TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS I HAVE RECEIVED OTHER NUMBERS NO RESPONSE ALL YOU HEAR IS THIS :
YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US OR ALL OUR AGENTS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY PLEASE HOLD OR AT THE MOMENT WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH CALL VOLUME PLEASE HOLD .
