Cell C
Network locked sim invalid

Purchased zte 2 sim phone in may from pep stores. after many calls to cell c, it was established that the phone can not be networked locked, as a new law had been introduced, no network locking. the phone needs to have a cell c sim in one of the slots for the phone to work. If it has a mtn and voda in the slots. it says INVALID SIM.( I would like to take the phone abroad and use the network that is available in that country) After 2 days took it back to pep, for a exchange or money back, but was refused. Alberton city sent the phone to the repair centre, three weeks later, I got a new phone with the same problem. Went to the Glen, they just said it was locked and I must phone zte, Johannesburg, but they gave me a wrong no. I emailed zte in china, and were told that cell needs to sort it out. took the phone to Southgate, it went backwards and forwards 3 or 4 times, each time it was a new phone, and with the same problem. still not sorted
