8ta is a totally useless business. Excuse my language but I'm totally furious. I went to 8ta for a Wifi contract and waited like 3 days for it to get approved. After I received my device I was told I needed to wait 24hrs before I can use the sim. After I waited for more than 24hrs I decided to call the call centre just to find out one of the consultants are just as useless instead of helpful. They said I needed to wait another 24hrs. Is this the service 8ta give to new contract users? And yet nobody can explain to me what unlimited Wifi means in a contract deal? It makes no sense! I am totally and I would like to cancel my contract! This is totally not acceptable! For a huge company they really need to train their staff more. I don't understand my contract that well and nor do I have use for it since nothing is working. I have a Wifi router but no sim card that's active! So I pay for a device without service? Please assist me in cancelling this nightmare of a contract. One week of pathetic service and on going!!
