I was phoned 8 in the evening to be told i owe MTN R4901 by a debt collecting company, I dont have a contract with MTN only prepaid. Then when i try to contact MTN i get told to use my contract sim... I dont have a contract sim. Then I take a day off to go into MTN in port Elizabeth Newton park. I get a ticket 2110 and wait a few minutes for my number to be called, I get called to counter 6 which still has people there that they are serving. When those clients leave counter 6 the next ticket gets called 2111, now i`m standing again where i have to get a new ticket. This is utter poor service from MTN.I then ask next door by the receptionist who is very friendly that i need to speak to a Mr T at the same building regarding my complaint. You cannot get hold of anyone to speak to over the phone you just get an sms saying your query has been logged and you must go in to sort your problem out. My query has been going back and forth between MTn and this debt collecting company that once this has been sorted out I will cancel all MTN ties i have, I have been with MTN all my life and I cannot believe that I`m getting this pathetic service from them.
