Insurance claim sorted

I escalted the fact that my Cell phone insurance was not increased by the sales consultant when the last cell phone upgraded and as this was done consistently over the last 7 upgrades.

I am pleased to advise that I received my replacement cell phone and the sales consultant will sort the insurance shortfall with the insurance company.
