Their branch in Bloemfontein closed down. I phoned because my Nokia (touch phone) doesn't work. I send it to them, they send me a loan phone (that was delivered to a wrong company in our building and it did not work - no charger - even though I got hold of a charger. The phone was "dead". I phoned them and compleined, they said they will send the courier to get the phone. This is 1 year later, I pay my bille EVERY month, the loan phone is still with me, they told me that my phone had water damage, that phone NEVER was near any water. I told them what to do with the phone and that was the end of the story. Does the owner of this company know what is going on? If I do not get any response to solve this, I will send this mail to Richard Branson in the UK
