Unable to contact anyone

The 0831808 number is engaged, the insurance number just rings and the web site won't let me send an email due to faulty field validation.

This is not the first time I have been blocked by this monolith. Bad service is one thing but not even being able to contact a communication provider is despairingly hilarious.

I need to report a damaged phone; how hard could that be?
