Deducted loan instalment from my account

I applied for the loan of 5000rands via internet - i received the reference number (LF204727) and that was all
I was not contacted for confirmation, i tried to contact them to confirm whether the loan has been approved or
not and their contact number is always engaged (021 8154600).

To my suprise they deducted R350 from my bank account on the 31st of October 2013 - i tried to contact them
and their number is engaged as always - I have also sent them an email on the address the provided and there
is no [Email Removed]
