Refusal Of service - OPERATE AGAINST THE LAW

I signed up for a new contract, did the paper work and everything was approved. I was told they didnt have stock of the phone but If i can wait 3 days they will have it, so that was fine. # days pass, having me to follow up I was then told nop they still dont have stock I must now wait a week minimum... Absolutely pathetic service they refuse to do anything extra..
DO NOT USE CELL C GREENSTONE!!! The Manager Amina told me on the phone she wont help me, she wont do it and then puts the phone down on me...!!! She deserves to be fired!!
And According to the CPA they cannot make you wait for stock (i.e overselling), they must then give you a full refund or the next available upgrade for free... CELL C is arguing this with me and Im fighting them on this! If i have to get my lawyers involved I will!! They will have a field day! They will eat you alive CELL C!!!
Lets see if anyione at CELL C sees this and lets see what they do about it!!
