Account debt date wrong

My account was debt on, the 3rd this month and I asked it be on
the 29 th my account was in arrears for 3months. The amount that was confirmed was r1050.00 but debit 882 because it went over in a new month leaving me with a balance now of r800 odd I think. If they did like I asked this extra charges won't be added. I want to continue my contract. Unfair they knew I would be taxed in this month so they debt me late I have prove of above.
