Vodacom cancellations department's terrible servic

I have been trying to get through to this department for 1 month. Every time I call there is NO answer. I kept being told "we are transferring your call to the next available consultant." I once waited 30 minutes on the line and still no consultant. This service is PATHETIC!!! I am very disappointed with Vodacom.
