Unacceptable Service!!!

Unacceptable turn of events regarding my cell phone contract with Al tech Autopage Cellular Westwood Mall. Unfortunately, it has fallen far short once again of my expectations, as previously to this with Altech Autopage Cellular Pavilion. This is a serious issue, service of Altec Autpage Cellular is utterly disgusting once again. Called Westwood branch, advised my phone is not working properly and need to bring it in, my original contract was Westwood, did not have stock for Pink 9360, advised I must go to Pavilion. I asked if I can bring it in to Westwood Mall, he replied YES, asked is there anything else that I need to bring in, he said NO. Yesterday afternoon rushed to Westwood in peak traffic. I was met with rudeness and aggression. The woman who assisted me, named Vikeshnie was hostile & unreceptive to my plight. She insisted I go to Pavilion, she cannot assist me, it`s 17h50, they close in 10 minutes, cannot wait for Pavilion branch to forward them purchase receipt, they are unreliable and they can not guarantee my phone will be safe in branch, is not sure when Pavilion will send the receipt, can not keep chasing Pavilion for it. Incompetent.
