Called in almost two weeks ago to get assistance to apply for contract online. The lady said she could help me and asked for my details, apparently i applied 5 times for a contract and it got declined (which i never did) so she asked me to send all my FICA details which i did, a few days later i did not get a reply so i emailed her back to ask if there was any feedback to this day i have still not got a reply. i have being a lyal prepaid customer of vodacom for over 8 years now and i am highly dissapointed even if it was declined surely they should at least let me know! the reason i am waiting is i need to know if i should buy a phone or if i can take it on contract seriously consireding porting to another network...
