Slow internet since JANUARY!!!

I have been reporting a constantly slow internet service since - January this year. At times it's just painfully slow, other times I wont even be able to send an email. I have been constantly reporting this to Telkom, who constantly opens (and then closes) faults. The have escalated my issue multiple times, however I do not receive feedback, nor is my problem sorted out. I have a 1meg line, however the last speed test done 4days ago: download 0.24Mbps and upload 0.34Mbps... that's the "normal" working speed. Today, the speed test does not even start!!! Thats how slow my connection is! The latest fault ref number is 172CEK200813. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME!!! This is really poor service delivery!!
