Ripped off, billing me for cancelled contract

Cancelled phone contract at Virgin Mobile shop at Canal Walk on 1st February 2013, last debit order to be 1st April. After 5 months of phoning their call center and getting promises it would be sorted out, still debiting my bank account. In desperation have requested my bank to stop all further payments and reverse what they can. I am totally fed up and feel that I am a victim of.
