I posted a complaint about a cellphone Vodacom was unable to repair, and so they decided to make the problem my fault and denied all responsibility for a phone that is only4 months old. I have had no response or feedback from the company at all. The repair service initially diagnosed as a soft ware upgrade and when that did not last more than 12 hours I was told that I must have caused water damage and they were no longer interested in the phone. In the interim I have had to pay R5000 for a new phone, as I am a doctor and rely on my phone.
