After being contacted by R G Modiba from Telkom mobile she told me I must send 3 Months bank statement's stamped by the bank and a certified copy of my ID to get refunded a portion of what I spent. I told her that I would take my bank card with account nr and my ID to Telkom in Kimberley, the branch manager then made scanned everything in colour and sent it to her. But still she won't accept the items that was sent to them. I am the customer that bought an item that I was assured by the consultant that would work. Why should I pay in time and money to get a bank statement and certified copy of my ID and e-mail it to them. With what internet must I do that as I was misled by Telkom mobile and is still without internet. I paid cash for the internet as the speed point did not work, now they want to refund me into my bank account again with cost to me. All together this experience will cost me about R100.00 in moneys and not even the traveling and time. Is this now the way that a large company treats their customers. This is really a big disappointment in such a large national company.
