Still no signal

We work for a contractor on a mining site and after logging a complaint about our signal more than 5 months ago, still nothing has changed. Under reference number S3/SHT23/30B0Q all the details will be listed. I've spoken to many people and each time have to tell them the whole story from the beginning. Every time they send me a sms to say they can't reach me - well, duh, that is because we have very bad reception on site - hence the complaint. Someone will have to come on site - after doing half an hour induction - to come and see what the problem is please.
