Cell C
Not receiving Data as indicated on contract!!!

I have a straight up 50 contract with Cell C, but the data I use to received have fallen away with without any reason...? I received a sms on the 16th August 2013 that I will receive 1G blackberry usage every month from 19th August 2013 as part of Cell C's new blackberry fair usage policy, but to date I haven't received any data on my contract.
