Messy booster instalation no reaction

After three years of complaining about the bad reception at my home I finally got a booster installed. No appointment was made the guyes just arrived one day and carried on under my maids supervision and what a shocker!
The arial on the roof is scew a huge hole was drilled in the facade of my roof a white plastic squere tubing was glued on the front of my newly painted house and not only is it white it is also scew! (not in line with the door). after numerous request Fondile arrived at my house for a inspection in June They took some photos. Not a word was heard after that. After a lot of inqueries he sms me that my cased was long ago finalized and I must contact Lindiwe Mbilana??? Who ever she might be. Eventually he gave me a tel number 082275644 which does not work!!! Fondile is the head techniscian of Mpumalanga his number is 0829901533 He doesnt answer calls but replys on a sms if he feels like it. What now!
