Do all call centre agents work for same Vodacaom??

How can stories differ when ever you speak to a new agent? I have had a payment arrangement work fine for the last 3 months and now suddenly a new agent I talk to tells me "the system says" she cant process the very same payment plan I have been given the last few months! That plan was I could keep paying the agreed amount, which is more than the outstanding amount until my bill comes back in line WITHOUT blocking my line.

Do all your agents work for the same vodacom or is there more than one vodacom? Or maybe there are different "Systems" that each agent works on? Because now suddenly the same plan WILL result in my line being blocked but the last few agents, who I must say have been very helpful and friendly, their system tells them I am able to make payments as agreed and keep my line in operation! Come on guys, you are people, not computers. Stop making excuses.

I think it is very nearly time to just buy a new sim card from the opposition because this is so tiring having to deal with the "machine" every single month and never get the same story from different people who all supposedly work for the same Vodacom AND in the same department!
