I have signed a contract for R598 a month & 8ta wanted to charge me R805 per month. They suspended the sim to conduct an investigation on why they have different details and on the person who sold me that contract. I sent them a copy of the signed contract which states R598. It has been over a month they have even debited out money last week from my account but my sim is still suspended. I live in jhb & have made 2 trips to durban to sort this out because no one in jhb could help me but i still have no response from 8ta. Its has costed me a lot of money and they just aren't bothered.
