Billing Issue Somehow Resolved

A while back I had complaints regarding my line been suspended and been over charged separately for BIS yet iam a contract customer. I eventually was assisted by Noma via MTN Webchat ref: 100277946., she was of great assistance and clarified a few things for me regarding my account, my line was reconnected and service back to normal. So a BIG THANK YOU to NOMA for her professionalism... she did advise i would be discounted for them over charging me but end of May 2013 I was debited R507 from my banking account, so somehow I fail to understand where is the R353 discounted from my bill as I've been charge separately for BIS and yet iam a contract customer... MTN please sort out your issue as I cant be debited different amounts each month for an initially contract I SIGNED for at R189 a month for R100 airtime, 25free sms and unlimited BIS
