Money lost standard ban k wont return it

I am very dissapointd in standard bank, i had a query of money that was transfered that apparently got lost in the transferring process cse it was done on a public holiday and does not appear on my statement, i get told today after reporting this for a month, that standard bank wont be giving me it back as it does not reflect on my statement so it was not transfered, my call i made on Monday 29/04/2013 is all of a sudden untraceble and they dont know, but they will find out from the consultant i spoke to on that day why he told me that my transfers were done succesfully, there already i can see they are hiding something, someone is from my account and now i have to suffer, when i tried making once off payments from that very account the internet banking tells me my account is invalid, i still have no answer regarding that, the lady i spoke to today, Magdeline, had a bad attitude toward me and i was rude back, i cannot understand why all of a sudden my calls cant be traced yet the calls are recored and why my account is invalid.
All i want are my funds given back to me, this is trully unfair and i have no choice accept to go to the ombudsman with this if i dont get it back.
