PATHETIC CONTRACT SUPPLlERS FROM THE BEGINNING

I opened a contract with Autopage in 2011, for a blackberry 9780. When I got home the phone was not set up at all as stipulated it would be, and at the end of the month I was billed for internet service amounting to R700 . I never had the use of the phone after the 1st month. I then had an alternate agreement with Doloris Grobler at Autopage 2 pay the phone off. I gave her all my contact details and banking details for a debit order. Still not being able 2 use the phone. However, a man called me at 1pm on 8/07/2013 stating that I had papers 2 sign and the account was being handed over. He came to my workplace headoffice. Too embarassed was I to get any details from him. I am the citizen who tried 2 make good on an error that was not even mine; it was not my fault Autopage employees couldn't set up a phone or handle a simple debit order. I had my credit reputation ruined, and my name slandered at work because of an unethical, and unprofessional supplier. I am tired of being walked over by a single company for 2 years now. I am also continuosly receiving calls from the suppliers attorneys threatening that he will handover these papers at my workplace. I will not accept this.
