I cannot believe at how shocking ABSA is when it comes to their processes. At least once a month for the last 3 months my Wife has been unable to draw cash from an ATM. Everytime she goes into a branch she wastes between 1 - 2hours whereafter they tell her it is a fica problem and even though my wife has submitted the documentation several times and which is acknowledged by the bank the problem keeps reacurring. Besides for the fact that my wife has wasted an immense amount of time it has resulted in extreme embarrasment when she has been unable to pay for something because she cannot draw cash. Last Friday my wife was under a lot of pressure and had to waste even more time going to the bank to sort out this nonsense again. I want to know how ABSA is planning on ensuring this problem doesnt occur again and how they are going to make right the embarrasment, inconvenience and stress they have caused my wife.
