As per our last complaint on hello peter nothing has been done as yet, our account is still blocked. Both head office and our local branch have no idea what they are doing. We have bein
g going back forth and still nothing has been done. The staff are extremely unhelpful and untrained. They will need to reimburse us for our time and expenses..numerous phone calls as well as numerous visits to the local branch. The service we get is pathetic and never in my life have I ever came across a bunch of people who have no idea what they are doing. How can they employ such incompetent staff in the call centres as well in the local branch. Something so simple as to fica an account as taken them over 5 months to do. Surely that itself would explain the type of incompetent people that edcon employ. Further more if we had to make late payments the call centre would have harrasing us, but yet now they can't even provide us with feedback, I have no other choice but to close down the account completely and hand yourll over to the consumer act services.
